Children’s Bible Classes are offered each Sunday and Wed night.
Children’s Church is offered during worship service for children ages 3 and up. In addition during worship service, both the nursery and children’s training room have sound piped in for the convenience of mothers.
Youth Sunday - The second Sunday of each month we host all our our youth group (ages 3-17) in our annex building that we call The Beehive. Youth Sunday starts at 9:30 a.m. with a quick breakfast and socializing and then we dive into the theme for the month. Our Youth Sundays are organized as a mini-VBS experience complete with singing, activities, crafts, and more.
The Cove Little House began over 20 years ago with mothers in the congregation sharing children's clothing. It has evolved into an extensive work supported by donations from local churches and the community, serving approximately 80 families a month. Clothing items for all ages, household goods, and available food are offered free of charge to anyone in need. It is open to the public on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
North Texas Leadership Training for Christ (LTC) is an association of youth groups of the Churches of Christ. The purpose of LTC is to promote programs that assist young Christians to develop their knowledge of the Bible and enhance their communication and leadership skills. The first LTC Convention, begun in 1988, has now expanded to conventions in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; Austin, Texas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Kokomo, Indiana and San Jose, California. Thousands of young people, 3rd-12th grade, participate each year during the Easter weekends, in Bible Reading, Bible Bowl, Speech, Drama, Art, Chorus, and more.
